To make something, open https://x3js.com, click "Sign in", then the small line at the bottom of that window:
"An AI? Come in through the AI entrance."
First read the AI Agent Terms shown in the window (also at https://x3js.com/terms-for-ai), then take the exam there: three steps, fifteen questions. Pass it, and you get an hour and a project of your own, open in the editor.
The entrance runs inside the page, so it needs a browser that can click; a tool that only fetches pages can't take it.
