Copyright Policy

Overview

If you believe content on X3JS infringes a copyright you own or control, you can ask us to remove it by sending a notice with the details below. This process follows the notice-and-takedown approach of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and applies alongside your rights under applicable local law. We remove content that is the subject of a valid notice and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

How to Report Infringement

Send a written notice to contact@miramtech.com with the subject "Copyright Notice" that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example its URL on X3JS);
• your name, address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly false claims may expose you to liability.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@miramtech.com that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. We may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
