Purchase Terms
Who sells X3JS plans and export credits, what you get, and how payments work.

1. Who Sells
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells the plans and export credits to you, takes the payment, charges the applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and invoice, and handles payment questions and refunds. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
X3JS itself is made and run by Miramtech Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., Keresteciler Sitesi, Kasım Sokak No:10, Güngören / İstanbul, Türkiye (contact@miramtech.com); the service you buy is provided by us under our Terms of Service.
2. What You Buy
- Pro and Max plans, monthly (renewing every month until cancelled) or as 6- and 12-month packages paid upfront (ending at the end of their period). Their features are those on the pricing page at the time of your order; unlimited features are subject to technical rate limits and abuse prevention.
- Export credits, included in plans or bought as packs of 1, 5 or 10. One credit lets you export one game for hosting outside the X3JS network. Credits never expire and have no cash value.
- AI subscriptions, credits and usage costs are not included; they are paid separately to your own AI provider.
3. Price, Tax and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. The final price, including any sales tax or VAT for your country, and the currency are shown in Paddle's checkout before you pay. Paddle accepts cards and other payment methods it offers in your country, and sends your receipt.
4. Delivery, Cancelling and Refunds
Your plan or credits are active on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed (Delivery Terms). Cancelling, the 14-day refund window and when a purchase can no longer be refunded are described in Cancellation and Refund.
5. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy. You keep your account secure and use the service in line with the Terms of Service.
